S5 - WEEK 8 GAME HIGHLIGHTS "UNDISPUTED, UNDENIABLE"
GAME 1 : SAN JOSE (44) vs OAKLAND (58) A big upset game by Oakland over San Jose! Oakland turned the table down to win a final four (4) spot in Season 5! San Jose was not able to manage and control the last 5 minutes of the game. Oakland played patiently and try to recover a big comeback to win the game. For San Jose this might be the last roster or e what may for next season! Oakland enjoyed the underdog card against San Jose who. Oakland will be facing the undefeated regular season team Fremont who has a 8-0 card now (includes playoff win).
GAME 2 : TRACY (37) vs HAYWARD(47) A no repeat for Tracy! Yes, Tracy won’t be defending the Crown! Tracy got short in the last run of the playoffs against the motivated and-undesirable Hayward Team! Hayward was able to manage the game and provided the right defensive and rotation. It was Gilbert T, Season 1 MVP who rise to the level as a leader and in scoring production! And the new comer “D’Head Turner” Papa Jay, who are responsible in winning against Tracy. For Tracy this might also there last roster unless the league makes a rotation or try to improved the Draft. It was a great season for Tracy for sure.
GAME 3 : FREMONT (56) vs DALY CITY (54) The undefeated does it again and clinching to the semis or final four of Cityhoops season 5! Yes, Fremont is a step to the finals after winning against a closed game with Daly City who had a bad record in Cityhoops History or 0-8 over 8-0 Fremont! It was a devastating and disappointing season for DalyCity who never had a win this season 5. Daly City for sure will make a big move and adjustment for next season and will reassess the roster that fits and can compete again in a winning stages. For Fremont would this be a final fantasy story! Winning all the way to the finals?
GAME 4 : UNION CITY (43) vs SAN RAMON (40) Union City debunked San Ramon! It was a good closed game too with these two teams. San Ramon was missing their star Edgar T, but was able to play and matched against the Speed renegade of Union City. Union City new comer Froilan J, once again showed integral part for the team and providing a good numbers for the team against San Ramon. For San Ramon this was one of the games that we know they could upset a team but didn’t had enough artillery at the end game.
